Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Just Dent Multispeciality Dental Clinic & Orthodontic Centre (“Just Dent”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operating clinics in Kayamkulam and Haripad, Kerala, India, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit this website (the “Site”) or submit an appointment request through it. This policy does not cover information collected in person at our clinics, which is governed by our clinical records and consent procedures.

2. Information we collect

Through the Site, we collect:

  • Appointment request details you submit voluntarily: your name, phone number, preferred clinic location, preferred service, and any message or symptoms you choose to describe.
  • Communications you send us via WhatsApp, phone, or email links on the Site.
  • Technical and usage data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location, typically via standard web server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools.

We do not use the Site to collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or detailed medical records — those are collected in person at the clinic under separate clinical consent, not through this website.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to and schedule appointment requests you submit.
  • To contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about your request.
  • To maintain records of enquiries for administrative and quality purposes.
  • To improve the Site's content, usability, and performance.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use appointment request details for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

4. How we share your information

We share information only as needed to operate the Site and respond to your request, including with:

  • Our clinical and front-desk staff at the Kayamkulam and Haripad clinics, to action your appointment request.
  • Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our website hosting provider, WhatsApp (operated by Meta; the booking form opens WhatsApp with your request filled in, and it reaches us only when you send it there), and, where enabled, the Google Places API (used only to display our public Google review rating and review text on the Site — no personal data of Site visitors is sent to Google through this feature).
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where required by applicable law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage to remember basic preferences (for example, that the introductory animation has already played in your session). If we enable analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them and, where required, you will be asked for consent before non-essential cookies are set.

6. Data retention

We retain appointment request details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for administrative record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you become a patient of record (in which case retention follows our clinical records policy).

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through the Site, or ask us to stop contacting you about a request you submitted. To make a request, contact us using the details on our Locations & Contact page.

8. Children's privacy

The Site's appointment request form is intended to be submitted by an adult, including on behalf of a child patient. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Site.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

11. Contact us

For privacy questions or requests, contact us at info@justdentalclinic.com or through either clinic listed on our Locations & Contact page.
